Stay tuned for new date and time for this meeting.   We will be updating this event once dates are confirmed.

This Open membership meeting is available to members and non-members.   We will provide lunch, presentation, and open discussion related to specialized detection systems and engineered fire suppression systems and how it relates to life safety automatic fire alarm systems.

Specialized detection:

a high level view of  air sampling smoke detection, spark detection, explosion detection, verified detection schemes &  prevention detection.

a brief description of specific functions systems such as Spark suppression, clean agent suppression, HPCO2 and LPCO2 and industry best practice on monitoring.

This discussion will be limited to how to identify these types of systems and how to properly monitor them as stand alone systems interconnecting them as monitoring points of the fire life safety system.     This will not be an in-depth discussion on how to design, install, and test these systems.

Open discussion to follow and feedback on future discussions of different topics or a deeper dive on one or more of theses systems.
